Thamm & Partner
The Berlin-based developer Thamm & Partner is building a landmark new building with residential apartments in Leipzig's new Lindenauer Hafen district. PR Consulting Frank's task was real estate marketing: The brand HAFEN EINS Leipzig was created, a construction sign and a project website were created, drone films of the building site and the new quarter were implemented and prepared for YouTube.
As a PR consultant I support the communication team of the tenant power supplier SOLARIMO. Tenant electricity is a contribution to climate protection and an important component of the energy system transformation. Solar systems can supply rented flats in apartment buildings with cheap and clean electricity. SOLARIMO takes care of everything from consulting, planning and installation of the PV system, to handling with the tenants and servicing and maintenance of the technology.
As an external press spokesman and senior PR manager, I have supported the market-leading real estate portal in communication. The identification and positioning of topics at EXPO REAL 2019 was a great success, and integrated communication projects for product and marketing support, for example for the new building segment of ImmobilienScout24, were also very successful.
A new urban quarter with around 60,000 square meters of usable space is being built in the north of Berlin. PR Consulting Frank was responsible for writing the text for the "Quartier MZ" website. It was important to the real estate manager Kintyre and the web agency imexx that the texts are written in a professional manner in the sense of the real estate industry and that they are readable and informative for residents and interested parties. Short teasers with headlines sum up the USPs of the new city quarter.
